FedPoll is a non-partisan civic platform. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We collect the information needed to provide civic engagement features: your name, email, date of birth (for age eligibility), and optional location details for jurisdiction matching. Political affiliations and voting choices are never displayed publicly.
Your data is used to verify voter eligibility, match you to the correct jurisdiction, display relevant legislation and representatives, and aggregate poll results anonymously.
We do not sell your data. Individual votes and signatures are private. Only aggregate, anonymized results are shown publicly. See our full policy for details.
Youth data is kept strictly separate from adult data. Date of birth is private and never displayed publicly. Future poll results are subject to a minimum participant threshold to protect privacy.
